There’s been a point at least once in your life where you felt anxious. It may have been because you have a big test coming up, or maybe because you’re stressed about something. But having anxiety can be one of the worst feelings in the world.

Anxiety is the mind and body’s reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It’s the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event. A certain level of Anxiety helps us stay alert and aware.

But whenever you have anxiety is best to keep this mindset, remember everything will be okay, take deep breaths, and be around someone who makes you feel safe. Sometimes you just need a hug and everything will be fine.
