Modern Family has a lot of instances in the show that are inspired by real-life incidents in the writers’ lives so to mold these in a way that fits our beloved Prichett and Dunphy clan so well, is an art in itself. There is not a single episode that fails to make you laugh multiple times and we can’t say the same for the other sitcoms. The story Modern Family is based on an American television sitcom, created by Christopher Lloyd and Steven Levitan, that debuted on ABC on September 23, 2009.  Presented in a mockumentary style, the fictional characters frequently talk directly into the camera. The program is the story of Jay Prichett, His second wife, his stepson, their infant son; and his two adult children and their families in suburban Los Angeles. Christopher Lloyd and Steven Levitan conceived the series while sharing stories of their own “modern families”. There are 11  seasons total of the show.
