Nutritious breakfast
Have you ever wondered what more could be on the menu or how more of a Nutrional option you want to choose I think the school Nutrional breakfast and should have more options. During nutrition we like to be on the go and grab something to eat. We like to have little update or discussions in the meantime during break. It’s called nutrition for a reason, but we don’t have nutritious options at all we have bagels, muffins, honey buns, yogurt and a granola bar. All that is starchy food not nutritious at all. We need options like that have a variety of oatmeal, fruits, mini pancakes and lastly breakfast burritos. It’s important to have a balanced diet because you have more energy throughout the day. It’s good to have change because you are not stuck eating the same thing through the day. Getting to choose like what’s on the special menu could be savory and sweet looking forward to liking something new. But end of the day we like to have more options we like to choose in daily basis. Having good food can lead to a better mood. In school they teach you school pyramid on what’s on the menu to the top to the bottom. Also, all the food goes to waste you see it on the floor the walls it seems that it all goes to waste to think if we have better food all that cannot go to waste.
Breakfast effects
In high school we should have the best food to actually to provide for students because it can increase by 98% percent to learners. Even teachers also should have a nutritious breakfast to start off in the morning. Skipping breakfast can lead to a bitter mood you feel tired no energy. There is about 25% Americans skipping their breakfast can. Eating breakfast can lead to a better healthy lifestyle than others make you make better decisions in daily life.
