This Thanksgiving, I spent the day with my family at home. We watched the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, had coffee cake for breakfast, and had the most delicious turkey dinner. We cooked the turkey and ham in the Traeger and it was the beat turkey I have ever had. We also had green bean casserole, cheese bread, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and sweet potatoes with marshmallows. My favorite item of food overall was of course my Granny’s pumpkin pie! I love sweets so so much and her pumpkin pie had=s been my favorite for as long as I can remember.
After we ate, my dad, uncle, and pops took a nap on the couches while we watched the new Good Burger movie. I love thanksgiving because it is a time to just be surrounded by family and people who love each other. Being around friends and family is what makes me the happiest. I enjoy telling stories and sharing new memories with loved ones.
