While being in prison the convicted killer of Kristin Smart, Paul Flores, throat was slashed by an inmate. Paul Flores who is now serving 25 years for the murder of Kristin Smart has had an attempt on his life while serving his prison sentence. 
The inmate is Jason Budrow who is now facing an attempted murder charge for this attack. Budrow was convicted of strangling his girlfriend in 2010. He was also convicted of the murder of another inmate.
Paul Flores was airlifted to a hospital in Fresno and is still alive. Budrow now faces 27 years to life plus a nine year determinate sentence for the enhancements. Do you think Flores got what he deserved?
