On Wednesday, January 31, I flew to Jamaica for a family vacation. We drove to LAX and from there we flew to Pheonix, then to North Carolina, and then we finally landed in Jamaica on Thursday at 10 A.M. From the Montego Bay Airport, we had a 2 hour bus ride to the Moon Palace Resort we stayed at. The resort itself was beautiful, but the scenery and the environment around was like something straight out of a dream.
All of the resort staff were extremely friendly people. It was nothing like it is here, everything was just so perfect. The weather was spectacular, with everyday being warm and sunny. A couple days it did sprinkle a little bit, but it was nice with the sun still out.
The water was a stunning clear, teal color and the temperature was just perfect. It was just warm enough for us to just run right in, but chilly enough to keep us cooled off from the warm weather. The sunsets and views from every part of the island were so unreal and I can only hope to be able to experience that dream vacation again.
