Are you one of those people that enjoy horror movies? Well, you’re in luck. Because guess what? I am too! So I can definitely give you some good recommendations on which podcasts to listen to or even YouTubers that deliver quality content. A few of the names that I recommend are Mr. Nightmare and Mr. Ballen. I just recently discovered Mr. Ballen little over a year ago, which is something I far from regret. He speaks on real time stories from either on the account of victims or police, stories that have shaken me to my core. Not only does he tell the stories, but he typically tells them from the third person view. All, if not most of the things he talks about are real. They either range from phenomenas, urban legends, real stories on accounts of evidence, and much more. Mr. Ballen also runs a podcast that is on multiple different platforms, such as Spotify.
As for Mr. Nightmare? I started watching him a loooong time ago. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always loved horror movies. The thrill of hearing about something creepy is very satisfying, especially to know that it’s true and from real accounts of people and stories. To put it in a time frame, I’ve been watching Mr. Nightmare since 2015, so 9 years. I remember a lot of his old content as well, something I will always watch fondly. Either way, he’s a great narrator. Sometimes when I want to take a nap, I put a Mr. Nightmare playlist on and take a nap. I 100% recommend it. He almost always tells the stories from the first person, but rarely tells the stories from the third person view.
The plushie shown above is a Mr. Nightmare plushie, one that he began selling back in what I think was October or November of last year. The minute I saw his plushie, I ordered it. Now, here in Feburary, I have it. He’s a cute little thing, just not as big as this picture shows. Not only does it have a price to me, but it means something to me. I have a little piece of my childhood with me now.
