I know, I know… a very reasonable and logical take coming from me. I believe that everybody, no matter what age, should try going to the gym. Whether it’s tagging along with a friend, getting your own membership, or etc.; you’ll find it to be quite beneficial to you in many ways. Growing muscle, getting in shape, speeding up your metabolism, there’s a heck ton of benefits to going to the gym. Not only are there benefits, but there are difficulties and challenges. One of the biggest challenges is staying consistent. Consistency is a huge hill for a beginner to climb, but it just gets all better from when you master that. I’ve had my membership for a few weeks now and cherish it like gold.
I try and go every other day, whether it’s before or after work, just to destress and push myself to my limits. Since I already have a lot of natural muscle, I lift heavy and arrange my workouts to fit the range that I’ll need in order to build muscle and even build a better me. Things like this take time, which is why time needs to become valuable to you. You need to embrace the time that you have, use the most it, and be thankful that you even had time set aside for it. It’s quite the devotion as well, something that’ll greatly impact you as a benefit.
