Corey Taylor, Jeff Karnowski, Eloy Casagrande, and more are in the band current to date. Their music is mostly nu metal, alternative metal, and heavy metal. Their music is described as metal metal.
They have a heavily-down turned guitar, sampling, keyboards, variety of vocal sounds. Most of screaming noises, back vocals, and more. They have a bit of melodic singing and, acoustic guitars in there Vol 3 “The Subliminal Verses.” There lyrics are very dark, anger, love, The band Kiss, Korn, and Limp Bizkit had very big influence on Slipknot.
