During my junior year I am reading the crucible. My English class is ERWC with Mrs. Martell. Mrs. Martell is one of my favorite teachers even though I find her work challenging. The crucible is new to me. I’ve heard of the Salem witch trials but this truly brings it alive. We are also watching the movie in er class which makes is even more interesting. The book is written by Arthur Miller who has written many play books.
Therefore, what is my opinion on the book? I believe the book is written very good and brings the history of the witch trials to life. The movie is very good as well the actors are amazing. I’ve has many assignments on the subject which have 
brought my understanding of the book to an even higher level. I do believe we should continue to have juniors read the crucible.
