Since late April, there has been extreme flooding in the neighborhoods of the south of the US. 20-30 inches of rainfall have been recorded, and its going to continue to get worse as the weeks progress. The heaviest storms drop 2-3 inches of rain per hour, so people are preparing for the serious flash-flooding. This year will be recorded as one of the rainiest years ever for the south.
