Derek Reynoso has been playing football since youth programs. This year Derek is 17 a senior attending Righetti Highschool located in Santa Maria, California. Under the Friday lights out August 30, 2024, Derek scored three touchdowns in one game. The game was verses Nipomo Highschool, California. Derek has led his varsity team to a great start proving what he has to offer. Leaving the crowd very cheerful and excited for his last year playing in high school.
This great performance of Derek Reynoso had ended him up on the KSBY new and all over Instagram. However, that’s not it Derek got elected to be the only student this year so far from his school to be honored with ATHLETE OF THE WEEK. Speaking to Derek Reynoso he is honored to have gotten this because schools that are known for their good football players and teams, he has been chosen over those schools.
This man is known to fast, have hand and has hops. Derek Reynoso scored most of his touchdown by receiving amazing throws from his QB. This is a new start for the Righetti Highschool coming in winning two games this season and more to go. Definitely, a come up from last season being 2-8.
