Dinner In America is a film that came out in 2020. Starring Kyle Gallner who is also known as Colin Gray from Jennifer’s Body (2009) plays as the main character Simon. Simon is a punk rock singer who happens to play in a band that the other main character Patty happens to love. Patty is played by Emily Skeggs. Simon is wanted for multiple cases or arson while he was out, he needed a place to stay ending up staying with Patty. Their relationship started out weird and awkward her not knowing he happened to be John Q. which was his stage name for his band. This movie has a special place in my heart for how unbelievably awkward and weird it was. It was like no other movie I’ve ever watched in the past and is definitely one of my favorites and is an indeed recommended watch for those who like romantic comedy movies.
