October 12 2024 Righetti hosted homecoming. I got to attend homecoming that Saturday evening. I will walk you throughout what happened that day. Saturday morning I woke up so excited because the night before Righetti had their hoco football game. I was also excited because I was going to be able to get ready for a special day. I started getting ready around 12 like showering, getting dressed and putting on makeup because we had a reservation at a restaurant in Arroyo Grande at 4:00 p.m. called The Mason Bar. I got to the restaurant around 3:45 p.m and got to meet with 15 other people who I was going to hoco with. We got sat at the restaurant around 4 p.m. and we all ordered our food. A party bus was going to pick us up at 6 p.m. and we had it for 2 hours so from 6-8 p.m. We finished our food around 5:30 p.m so we decided to walk around Arroyo Grande to take pictures before the party bus came to pick us up. As soon as the party bus picked us up we all sat and started to play music and we drove around Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Santa Maria and Orcutt before going to hoco. At 8 p.m. the party bus dropped us off at Righetti. We got checked in and met with other friends inside the gym. We all had a great night dancing and singing to almost loosing our voices. We all left around 10 p.m. to my friend’s house because we were all going to gather at her house and party. That was my last hoco ever as a senior sadly but I really enjoyed that day.
