One of the most asked question people ask this time of year is When should I start decorating for Christmas. In my opinion people should start decorating for Christmas November 1st. Lot’s of people disagree with me and I will give you some reasons. Most people who decorate for Christmas decorate the next day after Thanksgiving. I can agree with those people too but since my favorite holiday is Christmas, I like to soak in all the nice, warm Christmas decor before taking it down because in my opinion one month of Christmas decor is not enough. I like to take out my last year’s Christmas decor and put it up meanwhile the stores bring out new Christmas decor that I can buy. One thing I do disagree on is putting up Christmas lights and other Christmas decor outside your house at the beginning of November. I say you should wait until the next day of Thanksgiving to put those decor outside but to decorate the inside of your house November 1st. Right now is the perfect time to go to the store and buy Christmas decor to start decorating and have Christmas cheer. One of my favorite things to buy are Christmas scented candles and hand soap. Bath and Body works has one of the best scented candles and hand soaps for this time of year. A perfect place for Christmas decor is Homegoods and Tjmaxx. If your on a budget the dollar store also had cute Christmas decor.
