The reason why I will always choose In-N-Out over McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, Cane’s, Burger King, or any other fast food chain is because those places use frozen food, while In-N-Out offers freshly prepared buns, meat patties (which are never frozen), shakes made from ice cream, fries, and add-ons like cheese and lettuce.
What amazes me is how long In-N-Out has been around, especially when newer restaurants open and close within a year, which is crazy. In-N-Out continues to thrive and draw in so much business, while other restaurants from the past remain open as well. Their success is impressive.
In-N-Out also creates a positive atmosphere by having friendly and kind people taking your order, which makes customers want to come back. From my experience, workers at other fast food chains can sometimes be rude and don’t smile. I understand that it’s work, but being nice to customers is crucial for getting people to return to your restaurant.
