DAISO!! A new store has opened in Santa Maria! DAISO is an Asian store that sells Asian snacks, drinks, plushies, stationery, crafts, toys, storage items, and more.
I feel like the store is a one-time experience because it’s similar to Five Below but with higher prices. When I entered, I wasn’t amazed. My only thought was, This is okay, because the store’s layout was not good. There wasn’t a lot of space where the items were located, and there wasn’t enough room for three people in an aisle.
The store itself is amazing because Santa Maria rarely gets new Gen Z-oriented stores, but I feel like this one is just a one-time experience. To make it better, they should continuously bring in new items like Five Below. Overall, it’s worth visiting, but it’s not the best Asian store out there.
