This weekend, Feb 15-16, 2025, In Santa Barbra the famous surf spot, Rincon is having a surf contest. If you don’t know, Rincon is a very famous and a popular surf spot for people on the west coast. Saturday and Sunday, both days this contest starts at 6:45 A.M through 5:30 P.M. Theres around 2 age divisions that compete in the water for the win.
Articles say this competition is, ” The 2025 event, the 43rd annual, and the 25th year produced by Surf Happens, has been called on for the weekend of February 15 and 16 at the Queen of the coast.” The water is in perfect condition for good swells and waves, all from the storms that have been happening around the state.
