Post-graduation is a surreal feeling for many. It feels like the beginning of a new chapter in our lives which it truly is. Post-graduation sometimes hits people in the drive home after graduation or after their celebratory party in honor of them graduating. Sometimes, people can get a sense of loneliness, melancholy, or even cluelessness as to what the future may hold for them, especially if that person has no clue what inspires them or what future career they would like to take on. I like to think of it as a new chapter in my life where I finally get to explore and have the freedom to choose any path of life on my own with no one stopping me or telling me I cannot do something. Finally being the one in charge of my life after high school where no one is the head adult in my life but me. There are so many options and opportunities out there for us out there. In no time, some of us will have graduated college, had kids, traveled the world, or even found our dream careers and are on our way to the next big step in our lives. From now on, it’s all about us and how we choose to view the world and build our life in society.
