Have you ever seen the notebook? Because personally I have watched it so many times and I definitely think it is a movie worth watching! The Notebook Is a romantic drama that was released in 2004, based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks. The movie tells a story of a young couple, Noah and Allie, who fall deeply in love with each other during the summer of the 1940s. Despite coming from very different backgrounds, Noah being a poor country boy, and Allie a well-off young woman, their love is strong and unbreakable. The movie is being told by an old man reading a love story from his notebook to a women in a nursing home. As the story goes on it is actually revealed that the elderly couple is actually Noah and Allie as they have grown older, and as Allie is suffering with memory loss from Alzheimers disease. The Notebook is known for its emotional depth, and its powerful message about true love, the sacrifices people make, and staying committed even through tough times. It teaches the viewers that true love isn’t always as easy as it seems and that if those people have enough will for it to work, it will. This movie has become a classic for many and is a reminder that the love, when genuine and with true intention will succeed. I think that this movie can be an eye opener to many and in some way I think caused me to think differently on the topic of love.
