70 years ago, Walt Disney opened the happiest place on earth known as the Disneyland Resort. From May 2025 to summer 2026, Disneyland is featuring new entertainment, foods, decoration, and 4 new merchandise collections to kick off the celebrations. On July 17, 1955, Walt Disney opened Disneyland to the public marking the beginning of a legacy. Over 28,000 ticket holders appeared on opening day. The theme park has immersive storytelling that draws in millions of people each year. In the famous words of Walt Disney, “it was all started by a mouse.”
