102nd Annual Fiestas Patrias
Have you ever gone to Guadalupe to experience our annual parades in honor of Mexican independence? It’s so much fun, I recommend everyone attends! There’s tons of small businesses and street vendors selling their Mexican products, and also lots of good food. There’s a parade which is about an hour long which begins at 12pm in the heart of Guadalupe, you’ll see horses, classic cars, Mexican music, marimba and folklórico dancers and much more! After this parade there is more dancers at the Leroy Park, usually our Righetti Marimba and Folklórico team attends and they’re a part of it! After about an hour of that there is singers and the Grito de independencia, after that it’s just music and food until 5pm. It’s so much fun and entertaining and it’s a good way to spend time with family from any age.
