Ernest Righetti Highschool is partnering with vitalant to host a blood drive on Monday, September 8,from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm in the 600 block parking lot. This event offers students, staff, and community members the opportunity to make a life saving difference with a simple selfless act: donating blood.
Anyone who is 16 years or older is eligible to donate. Students who are 16 must bring a signed parental consent form. Donors should also bring a valid id and eat a healthy meal before donating.
Every two seconds someone in the us needs blood. Weather its for accident victims cancer patients or people undergoing surgery donated blood saves lives everyday. One donation can help save up to THREE LIVES!!.
If you’re eligible consider rolling up your sleeve and donating. You might be helping a stranger today or even saving the life of someone in your own community tomorrow
