Going to bed earlier and putting down your phone is needed desperately for the best education. Although it may seem terrible at the start, it will get better. If you feel terrible in the mornings there’s multiple ways to fix such as getting more sleep, not eating an hour before you go to bed, putting your phone away from your reach but close enough that your alarm will go off, and just going to bed earlier. Sounds awful right? But the morning? Wonderful, you will feel 10 times better than before. Sleep is something that you need even more than water or food, you can go 3 days without water 3 weeks without food but sleep? 24 hours before sleep deprivation, sleep is one of the most important things if not the most important. Many things can happen when sleep deprived such as hallucinations. 2 days without sleep is so bad that the hallucinations start to become more like reality. They start looking like friends, and family which is terrible. When sleep deprivation hits you, you will be so tired that you can barely walk straight. If you want to prevent sleep deprivation, put the phone away early, don’t eat anything an hour before going to bed to rest easier, going to bed earlier and drinking more water will help.
