If you feel tired or feel like your moving slow you may be catching a cold or sickness or getting barely enough sleep. To stop from getting that cold completely you would need to drink more water and nap a lot. That feeling before you get sick is always the worse, sleep is important but staying healthy is too. Feeling tired and moving slower than other days is very annoying, to fix this is by a sleep schedule going to sleep the same time and waking up at the same time is very helpful with this topic, but it is also slightly annoying for the first week, it takes getting used to and once that happens it will help fixing your tiredness or slow moving pace. Nobody likes being tired during the day but you may just more sleep, sleep is essential for multiple things. Even if you have a sleep schedule and is still sleepy maybe you need energy, yes sleep can help with that but moving more and getting morning sun can help with energy throughout the day and can help quite a bit. Moving more is like going on walks or runs, going to the gym, and working out in general. Morning sun feels good especially when its slightly warm in the mornings you can never go wrong with it and it can help with energy quite a bit more than most think.
