The month of October is National Substance Abuse Prevention Month, designated from Obama to promote the effect of drug use in the communities! October highlights the importance of the negative impacts of substance use and its associated problems. October had first been declared as Prevention Abuse in 2011, since than October supports and reminds us of the people who have lost their lives due to substance abuse and support those who are already in recovery. Scientists and studies both show that the more earlier on you start using alcohol, smoking, drinking or using other drugs, has more of a probability of developing the addiction. 19/20 people who use in an addiction have been used to the abuse of nicotine, alcohol and other substances before the age of 18. People who abuse these kind of substances before the age of 16 are most like to develop abused addictions than those who wait as the legal age to start using.
