Dijon is one of those artists that feels real every time he sings. When I listen to his album Absolutely it feels like he is sitting right next to me telling the truth about his life. His voice sounds soft but strong at the same time. He does not try to sound perfect and that is what makes it special. Every song feels honest like he is not hiding anything from the us his listeners.
Absolutely is my favorite album because it feels like one long feeling instead of just songs and it’ll have you dreading. The beats are calm but deep and they stay in your head. Some songs feel sad and some feel warm but they all connect. When I play this album at night it feels like a different kind of warmth it hurts so good. Dijon makes music that feels like comfort and pain mixed together and that is why I am a big fan.
