Baked Stuffing

For the third recipe, we will be providing a Traditional Baked Stuffing recipe.
What You Will Need: (Serves about 9)
- 8 cups of soft bread cubes, unseasoned
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- ½ cup of fresh parsley, diced
- ¼ cup of melted butter
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper
Directions: (takes about 55 minutes)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix onion, celery, parsley, melted butter, egg and poultry seasoning into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add bread crumbs and stir with a spoon to evenly spread the mixture.
- Slowly drizzle milk over bread while stirring to moisten bread cubes. (careful not to saturate the bread cubes)
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- Pour contents into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until bread cubes are crispy on top.
