The young forty-one year old Lakers player passed away in a tragic helicopter accident on Sunday, January 26, 2020. In the plane along with Kobe Bryant was John Altobelli, Keri Altobelili, Alyssa Altobelli, Christina Mauser, Sarah Chester, Payton Chester, pilot Ara Zobayan, and Kobe’s own daughter Gianna Bryant. The pilot flying at about 2,400 feet when they attempted to make an 180 degree turn in bad weather. Weather conditions spun out of control until it eventually crashed and exploded with everyone inside.

the Helicopter had crashed in Calabasas only 30 miles from downtown Los Angeles. not many questions have been answered but until we know, many are deeply mourning the losses of their favorite  athletes, parents, children, and overall loved ones in this tragic helicopter crash.
