Gifted Review
April 12, 2021
Frank Adler (Chris Evans) takes on the role of a father to his niece Mary Adler (Mckenna Grace) after his sister ends her life. He up brings Mary in a small trailer park-like area near some docs where he fixes boats and raises her to become a prodigy child by the time she turns seven. Frank enrolls Mary into an elementary school where she unknowingly puts herself in a custody battle after Evelyn Adler (Lindsey Duncan) finds out that Mary is a prodigy child.
This movie was filmed directed by Marc Webb and written by Tom Flynn. It is in the comedy-drama genre. I would recommend this movie to people of all ages. I would say that I have watched this movie about 10 times now and I still cry during the climax. “Gifted” is one of my favorite movies to watch when I cant find anything else.
