Should you give Yourself Breaks from Time to Time?

The short answer is yes. Yes you should. Giving yourself breaks from time to time is very helpful to your self. Giving yourself break helps you gain more strength, mentally. Like if you are doing a really big assignment and you waited until the last minute or the day that it is due, your really stressed out and now you’re worrying about worrying (if you get it you get it), about the assignment being on time. You are trying to beat the time and if you are stressing yourself out and not taking water breaks or food breaks you are going to breakdown.  Giving yourself a break is important. Some people can’t think when they are stressed out. And some just don’t care and finish the assignment with out checking. Just check on yourself. Give yourself a water or food break or any kind of break. Relax. You’ll feel much better when you do. And when your break is over cramp in as much work as you possible can before you start stressing all over again. It’ll be over before you know it. Good luck!.
