Back to School Night

Back to School Night on Thursday, August 26th! The event was from 5pm to 7pm, with the PTSA Meet and Greet beginning at 5pm and classroom visitations beginning at 5:15pm. Parents and guardians attended each of their students’ classes for ten minutes. Tri-tip sandwich meals were sold for $10 and included a sandwich, chips, and a drink. Additionally, the PTSA sold baked goods and recruited new members with the help of student volunteers Lisa Provost, Megan Supa, and Calista Freeland. Tri-tip sandwiches sold out quickly and the PTSA Bake Sale was a success. The RHS Boosters Trailer sold spirit wear including sweatshirts, pajamas, and shirts. Back to School Night was especially exciting for parents of freshman and sophomore students since this was their first in-person high school Back to School Night. This event was a success and the welcoming atmosphere reflected the overall excitement students have expressed regarding returning to in-person learning.
