One of the games featured on Monday night football was the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants. This was expected to be a good game, after both teams coming off with a great start to both there seasons 2-0. Recently acquiring star running back Saquon Barkley for the Giants, coming off the injury reserved list form lasts year, and Cowboys newly acquired rookie wide receiver Ceedee Lamb. The game starting off very slowly with score only being 6-3 till half, after half time both teams get regrouped and come out with some intensity and both teams go out and score a touchdown a piece. Once giants scored there touchdown cowboys regained possession of the ball, and held the ball to where they ran down the clock and scored another touchdown. With the Giants behind in the game needing to go down the field and score and tie it or go for two and win it needed to score desperately, Daniel Jones the quarterback for Giants makes a bad throw to one of his wide receivers and the opposing team picks the ball off and holds the ball and runs the clock down to where the Dallas Cowboys take the win. 23-16
