Your mental health matters so keeping yourself mentally healthy is important. Here are some ways to boost your mental health: stay active, be physically active, go on walks with your dog, you can also learn new skills and connect with other people and keep good relationships with friends/family. Getting good sleep(8 hours recommended) and staying hydrated. Eliminating your bad habits and trying out new habits may help your mentally. Going to the gym and clearing your mind for a bit can also help with anxiety and keep you positive.
