On October 21st, 2022, Righetti FFA held our annual Kinderpatch, which had the best turnout ever. We had a new layout that utilized the entire agriculture area, providing additional space for activities. After participating in various activities, the children were given refreshments and a pumpkin to take home. Over 200 student volunteers supervised activities such as cookie decorating, a bounce house, a sack race, and even petting a pony. Our Kinderpatch drew over 300 kindergarteners and first graders from local orcutt elementary schools. We are grateful to all of our student volunteers, participants, and sponsors for making this event a success, and we are already looking forward to next year’s Kinderpatch.
