When we are dehydrated we feel slow, tired and sluggish, when that happens you feel like you don’t wanna learn or do anything but sleep or relax but in reality all you need is a glass of water possibly even sleep. Water is substantial for good health and wanting to feel better about yourself for the day. Dehydration is one of the worst feelings of all time, although its annoying its a good reminder for you to continue to drink water through the day. Drinking two glasses of water in the morning as your morning routine can change a lot of how you feel like dehydration, sleepiness, angry/easily agitated, and feeling sluggish. these are all common effects from dehydration and all you did was that you did not drink enough water.
