During the holidays I notice that we all have one thing in common, not knowing what to do on our breaks. This is the time of year where we start to feel nostalgic, thankful, and cozy. Spending your day on electronics ruins your mental health, nervous system, and even your mood. During your break you should be spending time doing your favorite hobbies.
Coloring, drawing, sketching, or even painting is a great way to express your feelings and thoughts. Those options are also a fun way to cure your boredom.
Watching a fun festive movie will make you more willing to get involved with wanting to decorate, bake cookies, cook a meal, etc.
Spending time with your loved ones. It’s such a great thing to be able to have the option to see your friends and family, so take advantage and spend time with them.
Lastly, to organize your space. If that’s either your room, bathroom, house, or kitchen, cleaning and organizing the space you spend time in helps your brain breathe. You’ll see yourself less stressed and much happier after you have a clear space/mind.
