Have you ever wondered if what you’re eating and how much you’re eating is good for you? You most likely are not eating ENOUGH! Food is humans fuel source that creates such good to our organs, bones and brain. Depending on what you are fueling your body with you need to be eating enough for your own health.
If you see a video online about losing weight, going on diets, how to eat better, etc. You will probably try to follow that advice to try to get yourself to do better. But truly, any person should be eating a certain way only for their body, no one else’s. If your taking advice from others about exactly what and when you should eat, you’re probably not going to feel so good because your body is much different than theirs. They may be telling you to eat more or less or healthier r cur out sugar. But the only way that will help you with yourself is to research and find ways to eat for your height and body type.
If you’re trying to lose or gain weight, gain or lose muscle, fat, etc., the answer is not to eat less then you do. The goal should be to prioritize whole foods or foods without seeds oils or fake additives. Eating more good quality foods, rather than eating less and only eating unhealthy foods, is the better option. Your metabolism needs fuel to keep it going steady. If your metabolism starts to slow down, that means you’re not eating enough.
Eating enough is such a great benefit for better’s moods, better moving, better thinking, and just better overall health. Stop eating less and start eating more good quality food!
