This season is very hard for everyone right now! Especially with this sickness going around causing everyone to slow down a little bit.
Here are some solutions to make yourself and maybe others better:
- Wash your hands regularly for more than 30 seconds with warm water.
- Drink lots of water through the day.
- Clean/disinfect your areas (phone, computer, door handles, wash your water bottles, etc.)
- Take vitamins daily.
- Get your full hours of sleep!
- Go outside to catch a little bit of sun.
These solutions can help your body/immune system from getting ill and staying healthy. It’s very important to focus on our health especially when a sickness is spreading around!
