Have you been down in the dumps, or just struggling with stress, anxiety, being depressed, etc.? You’re not alone. These times during school and just the season of life is not easy to handle. It’s so important your being involved with your own mental health and recognizing the struggles and emotions you’re dealing with.
Many teenagers and young adults struggle with stress and anxiety from all of their lives being so complicated, figuring everything out for themselves and maybe others! So, I think it’s important to recognize your problems and bring them up. Bring them up to anyone you feel comfortable around like friends, teachers, parents, family, anyone who you can trust to listen. Therapy isn’t for everyone, so instead of paying money and talking to a stranger, just talking to your peers and who you see daily is a great idea to help you.
I’ve always been big on never bottling things up inside. When you bottle your feelings or something your upset about, no matter how little or long of time, your emotions will come out no matter what. So, if you’re struggling to pick up your mental health and need help, reach out! That is so important to stay healthy within your mental health.
