Highschool sometimes feels like a different world, especially when most of the time you’re on your own. The jump from middle school to high school is difficult to get used to. Classes get harder, expectations get higher day by day and peers start finding their true self after high school. Sometimes high school is exciting but some other days it can feel stressful, lonely, and boring. One day you are feeling confident, then the next the mood has changed to something worse. The pressure of fitting in with everyone else, and the thoughts about your future that just ramble around in your brain. In high school it isn’t just pure academic stuff, it can also be about enjoying life.

In the midst of all these changes, friendships also change, which means that you will change too. It’s always good to keep in mind that just because you lose one friend it does not mean you will lose all your other friends. It should boost you into making more friends. Friends are the people who you can laugh in classes, or even at lunch if it gets to that extent, which is always amazing for you. Friends can make a normal day feel better, they will give you company. When school gets overwhelming having someone by your side will always help.
Schools tend to put so much pressure on students and sometimes it feels suffocating to be bombarded with all of these tasks that we are forced to do just to achieve our future dreams Having just someone to talk to about these problems helps a lot, they can give amazing advice, motivational support, and try to understand where you’re coming from. Even just knowing someone can help, maybe they have gone through it as well.
Friends will always play a big role in all of our lives, they can support you, make you laugh and they can help you get through different times in your life. We all need someone who can do this. The memories you make will be very memorable with all your friends. This is why friendships are such an important thing in life that can contribute to the high school experience.
