Most of us lose focus due to depression, anxiety, problems at home, etc. But nobody ever talked enough about it to spread awareness. Losing focus can affect our daily life’s such as not being able to get things done of time since you lose focus often. But It’s not that hard to fix this. All you have to do is relax and be calm about it and put away your phone so nothing distracts you just do chores by listening to calm music instead so it doesn’t distract your mind a lot. getting over unstimulated by a lot of things can affect your self when it comes to focusing . Another way is you can also ask your friends for help. Like help on time management, how to do things in a batter way, and how to get off your phone and focus on other things more. Do things one by one get rid of the hard things first so you can get stuff done easily after. Never do things at the same time it will make you lose focus on one things due to thinking of more other stuff at the same time do the easiest or hardest thing you have to get done first and do it piece by piece so you can actually get things done.
How to Not lose focus?
Make a time line. Where you can organize your works and things to get done so it can be easier to remember what you need to get done. Try to do the easier or harder things first so you can do more stuff to focus on other things. Also try to put away any electronics that can make you loose focus. You can also play some calm music or one that you like so you don’t get bored and find other stuff to do. Just take your time and don’t rush things so they don’t stress you out.
