Teens In Action, located in room 802, is a recently approved club that works in community service. The meetings are held every Friday at lunch (you can bring your lunch in with you, too) to discuss future plans and other things. It is currently relatively small, with about twelve members, but welcomes anyone to join.

Isabella Ramos, who is the Vice-President of the club, told me in an interview that the general purpose of the club is to help students “get community hours”. But it also works as a sort of “support system” for the community as well as the students. She also told me the club is currently in the process of planning their first service event, which will be good for both the community and exposure of the club. So, if you’re looking for an opportunity to gain some volunteer hours, Teens In Action may be right for you.
